How you can help us
By making a donation of either goods or money you will be helping MASH Trust to achieve our Mission Statement of 'Working Together to Achieve Great Lives'.
Our 24/7 residential care services, Living Plus Day Services, LUCK Centre and community support services are always looking for goods or items to assist in providing a great service to our clients, such as;
- Art & craft supplies
- Furniture and kitchen goods
- Non-perishable food
If you have goods to donate please click here for our contact details.
With rising costs we always need to stretch our money further to not only do the things we have to do, but to do the things we would like to do. Your donation of money will help us to add value to the people we support. Options would be making a one off payment or regular payments by Automatic Payment. All donations of $5 or more are tax deductible and we will issue you with a receipt. Click here to contact us to find out how you can donate money.
Making a Bequest
A bequest is a statement in your Will instructing the executor of your Will to give a specific item of property, sum of money, or percentage of the residue of your estate, to a particular person or organisation, such as MASH Trust. If you would like to make a bequest to MASH Trust it is best to consult with a solicitor or trustee company such as The Public Trust, or Guardian Trust. They will advise you on the best type of bequest. Some types of bequest are;
- A specific bequest – a gift of particular items of property.
- A general bequest – usually a sum of money or percentage of the value of the residue of your estate.
- A residual bequest – how you want the remainder of your estate to be dealt with after any specific or general bequests have been given.
If you want to leave a bequest to MASH Trust, your solicitor or trustee company can make sure that your wishes are included in your will.
Whether you donate goods, money or leave us a bequest in your will, you can be assured that MASH Trust will use the money wisely to help to achieve ‘Great Lives’ for the people that we support in our community.
