How to check messages in iplanit

When you click on the Mail / Notes tab you, it will open up your inbox messages.

The Inbox is messages that other people send to you.

If you have lots of messages you can see more by clicking on the arrow buttons at the bottom.

The Outbox is messages that you have sent people.

To read a message, click View Message.

How to send a message in iplanit

To send someone a message, click Send message.

Clicking the To: box will show the people you can send a message to.

When you click who you want to send a message to, if they have a picture of themselves, it will show here.

Select Template has messages that are written for you.

You can write your own message to the person in the large square.

Click Send message when you are ready to send it to the person.
